Matthew Matt James born in North Carolina 5 December 1991. Matthew Matt James is the mixed race father of Manny James (of Jamaican descent) and Patty James. The father of Manny James is Nigerian as is his mother caucasian-American. His father is Nigerian and his mother is caucasian american. He graduated from Sanderson High School in 2010 Then he went to Wake Forest University, where earned a bachelor's degree in Economics in 2015. James gained fame when his appearance on The Bachelorette as a reality television star. He was selected in 2020 to become the 25th season bachelor of The Bachelor, becoming the first African American lead. The show premiered 2021. James seemed to be the perfect choice for the role as He is attractive, well-rounded and tall and has a sense of comedy. Rachael Krukconnell was James's love interest towards the end of season. In 2021, he joined forces with the famous dancer Arnold to take part in the 30th season of Dancing with the Stars. James and Arnold were 12th in the show.
